The scoping call is 20 minutes. We cover your portal's history, what is actively broken, and what you have tried. If the audit is the right starting point, we send an invoice and access instructions that day.
For the $497 audit, we evaluate your portal across five domains in five business days. For fix packages, work begins within one week of access and follows a defined scope documented before work starts.
Note: How communication works: You get a weekly written status update. We do not schedule recurring check-ins.
Every engagement ends with a live 30 to 45 minute walkthrough of what was done, what changed, and what to watch.
All fix package engagements include a 30-day window where we address any configuration drift or unexpected behavior at no additional cost.
